There would be an initial clash that will go on while NATO and everyone else calls for meetings etc. If during that time one launches a nuke the other will too, then everyone else is jumping in... Too late by then.

Since when have any of those countries intervened on another’s behalf? Palestine, Lebanon, Libya, Afganistan, Iraq...I havent seen anyone jumping in to defend these when under attack. OIC isnt even a military alliance. More like a forum that gets nothing done. Many of these states are at odds, in particular Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. Seems that members have attacked each other more than they have defended each other. I would bet good money Saudi Arabia would not lift a finger to help Pakistan
