It’s not just La Palma that’s gonna get worse. It’s other places in the world that are showing increasing signs of eruption. The whole planet is under heavy pressure and I see nothing getting better. All this pressure is because of the pressure in the human race which causes ripple effects through the earth.

Ok you don’t have to agree with this theory that’s fine but I bet you there will be more and more and bigger volcanic eruptions. The future is bleak. And no amount of needles (vaxx dystopia) or pills will calm it down.

And btw our world has already seen doom. In the form a global tyranny. The rest is just hell on earth. Lake of fire huh

Claims that the devastating volcano eruption in La Palma, in the Canary Islands, currently risks causing a “mega tsunami” that would hit the U.S. East Coast are baseless, officials and experts continue to say.

It’s worth noting that while this tool is very helpful, it only calculates a steady rise in sea level. What it doesn’t show are the effects of a massive and directional surge…likely pushing water much, MUCH further and higher in certain places than the tool otherwise shows.

It's a big cycle.

We don't see it because we only live a very short while.

And the cycle in that video is only a grain of sand in the grand cycle of the universe.

Alabama has hills in many places going from the middle of the state to the north, so Cheaha is not the only high place they can get to. They start getting higher the more north you go, though most of the hills are high enough to for a 30 ft or somewhat higher tsunami.

PA here. Route 80 through the Delaware Water Gap is a bottleneck that will flood. If you can go to northwest NJ and cross into the Poconos up north by Matamoras, that would be better. Anywhere south of the big mountain ridge we call Bangor Mountain around here is going to be flooded. You have to head north of 80. The Appalachian Trail follows on top of the Bangor Mountain ridge. It crosses 80 at the Delaware Water Gap, but that's a bad place to get stuck.
I personally do not think this is going to happen, and I pray that if it does, it is only big enough to scare people into getting serious about the times we are in, and not bad enough to kill them.

Let's hope there is no tsunami at all, but they can get as high as 1700 ft.

Let's just continue to hope that nothing ever happens, but that we've come to realize we should all have emergency measures in place for anything that ever could happen.

for folks on Long Island called Jayne's Hill in Huntington, elevation 400 feet. i fear though they'll drop it while most are sleeping. obviously if they waves gets to the north shore we have bigger issues

My question for TODAY is for the "1,000-year-astronomy-event"
coming up tonight THE LUNAR ECLIPSE--(actually early morning
TOMORROW ON THE EAST COAST TIME...or...11:00 P.M. for Pacific Northwest
time zones.)

One of the unusual points for tonight's/tomorrow's eclipse
which is predicted to LAST UP TO 6 HOURS (that's rare)...
is the FOLLOWING CONCERN:

So if the EARTH sits between the SUN AND MOON to cast her
shadow on the moon...WHAT DOES THAT DO GRAVITY-WISE to
the moon-facing side of the Earth (since we know that the
high tides on Earth are from "moon-gravitational-pulls?")
AND ALSO...given that it is predicted to be nearly 6 hours
in duration DOES THE AMOUNT OF TIME (for the moon-pull)
make a difference? Anyone know?

This is especially important to know about since the
Canary Islands will be on the moon-pulling-side of the
planet during the eclipse (they won't see it, of course,
but the WALCANO could have "issues.")

I'd sure appreciate some ideas on this. Thanks ahead of

This may have already been answered but is there a map showing where this could possibly hit in the United States and I’m obviously in Ohio so is this something that I need to worry about which I probably do so I’m pretty much screwed

I would think you're far enough inland in OH unless it's a monster wave. Are you near the lake? That's what most folks can't grasp is that being on body of water or waterway runs the risk of flooding depending on how big incoming waves would be.

And yeah, a lot of folks it's just one big wave in a tsunami event. More like several rolling in one after the other.

I live a spit's distance to major river in eastern NC so I'm concerned if the unthinkable happens.

As a result of this particular report being dropped everywhere on the innerwebz when our bitchin' volcano started up, the author updated in in mid Oct.

RI has no comments because nobody has commented about it. Should someone come in with a travel suggestion, I shall add it.

I can add some kind of pictoral or an animation, but then again, I don't want to cause anymore fear that there may be already. If it is something that is wanted to be added to the bottom of the listing, I will do it.

I’m in Ohio and so are a few others. Southwest Ohio for me.
If there is something we should know, I hope you can show us.
I do worry about the Great Lakes and the Ohio River too.
If the Mississippi backs up the Ohio River could flood.
