How about just top floors of tall buildings?
Would that work? Would the water knock them down?
in NYC theres plenty in case you cant get out in time.
Quoting: trthskr There is supposed to be a minimum of 5 hours and possibly up to 7 or 8 hours to get outta dodge. If that's all there is, then I would find a new building and go high. But I would rather get out of the area altogether if it was me and my family and there was early notification and enough time to do it.
