Ghosts at work?

So i work in a building all by myself, taking care of computers from might to 8 am, and well idk what it is but its weird... At work everything is dead silent but sometimes you get the occasional building creeking, theres honestly nothing to do so usually i'll yake a seat between my patrols. Though it seemed like everytime i got comfortable i would hear noises which means i gotta get up and check. Turn up being nothing.

I began to ignore these and then began noticing the lights would appear to slowly get brighter or darker. Not by much but a noticeable degree, suddenly walls around me just glow brighter, eventually i began ignoring this too.

Then i began seeing shadow cast on the wall ahead of me indicating that someone was walking behind me. These would trip me out hut everytime i turned around...nothing. They weren't exactly solid shadows but weak blurry ones as if they were far away from the light source.

Recently i said fuck it and decided to see what would happen if i did nothing, no reaction. Turn out whatever this is just intensifies, the shadow would even wave there arms tryin to get my attention but i ignored it. THEN I started hearing breathing like if someone was breathing right behind and would slowly hear the breathing noise go left or right somethings so it felt like they were there behind me pacing. Anyway as freaky as it was ignored it and even began hearing 2 distinct breathing noises. At this point i was already pretty used to it and no longer saw them as a threat.

Finally i began getting nthe sensation as if something was very lightly touching my neck. I found it to be interesting but thats about it.

The "ghosts" didn't seem to try to push any further than that. Actually i kind of feel as if the ghost have slightly given up. I did try talking to them, but no response. So idk, i don't mind these ghosts or whatever it is but does anyone know anything about ghosts and stuff?

Like tbh i kinda feel bad for them, they seem bored, and it would be nice to befriend a ghost.

....or i'm going batshit insane idk.
