gimme a 250g steak and an egg with a black coffee, please

Kodiak waffles with the extra protein and organic bourbon barrel maple syrup.

4 pieces of bacon. Pour grease over waffles, add butter and syrup. Powdered sugar if you’re already having a bad day.

Coffee with 1 TABLEpoon Unsalted Butter. Plus honey and cream

2 eggs sunny side up.

Oh and butter the waffles too.

Toast, but that’s work.

Because I like sugar and butter.

My son, who is 6, really likes cold hot dogs for breakfast.

My favorite is what I call mom's egg surprise. Fried egg over easy on top of a piece of buttered toast. Quick and cheap, though boring.

Bobs Red Mill maple brown sugar oatmeal and 2 hard boiled eggs and coffee. Quick tasty and good energy for the day.

I have coffee with coconut oil in it for breakfast

The fats satisfy me until I eat around 2 pm and the coconut oil has made my hair and skin less dry and I don’t need any hokey body moisturizers with fragrances that linger

Adding the oil makes your body slim down and drop cellulite too.

I usually add stevia or monk fruit sweetener

It really powers your body without making you feel heavy when you skip a heavy breakfast and just add oil

fried yucca hash browns

they are superior in every way to hash brown potatoes, they’re crunchier and tastier

the problem is prepping the yucca, it’s hard to peel and takes longer to cook, and you basically need a food processor to get it right

fried in coconut oil it’s awesome, though

I would shred a bunch and keep it in the fridge or freezer for when I wanted it

A McDonalds Big Mac with Fries and Coffee.

why? cuz when i started college, was commuting to one of the biggest commuter schools in the country. back in late 70's they opened up the very first on-Campus McDonalds in the United States.

It was in the student union building, central to campus. Back then, they did not have McDonalds breakfast...if you can remember back that far. I'm so old, I was going to college before the Egg McMuffin had been invented!

But anyway...had an 8AM class (Spanish) and a 9AM class every monday/wed/friday. Then I had a 10AM scheduled break. So I would have an hour to go down to that huge brand new McDonalds.

I learned that the Big Mac Special Sauce + those little onion bits combined with that greasy rubbery sesame seed bun to create a great savory tang that just complimented a hot cup of coffee.

For years after, I loved nothing more than a breakfast big Mac. I was broken-hearted when McDonalds started breakfast and would no longer server you their lunch menu in the morning.

I always have some version of special sauce (Walmart Great Value has a decent one) in the house, so I can make a cheese burger at home for breakfast and somewhat simulate those heady days of knowledge from long ago.

The peppery, savory, rich gravy makes those biscuits, no matter how dry, just melt in your mouth. I like mine with two over-easy fried eggs on top.

When we have fajitas or tacos for dinner, all of the leftovers get made into an AMAZING omelette for breakfast.
The meat, peppers, onions, and cheese all get enveloped by the fluffy egg. Folded and served with fresh tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, cilantro, hot sauce and sour cream.
