This makes sense. When the economy collapses or people become unemployable due to refusing the vax, there is going to be a new breed of homeless. These will be the former working class and middle-class who will take to living out of their vehicles. "Gabby's Law" would make it easy to round these people up and put them in camps.

I know someone personally who lives down the road from her home in Long Island and she had a lot of friends there actually devastated by this.
That is what I am told anyways.
