She sent the NG to TX to support their efforts in controlling the immigrants coming into the states along the MX/TX border.

What people don't understand is that there is a migration of illegal immigrants that work the fields in the produce/farm sections along the west coast. They migrate in from MX then up the Long Valley in Ca, OR, ID, UT to work as farm labor picking crops and putting food in the stores. The states pick up the medical, housing etc for these workers.

Gov Little being an old family ranch owner has his interests in this concern, as does UT. UT is a big potato production state.

Janice McGeachen was calling the old interests out and saying there is a problem on a lot of levels. Thus the FU Utah comment.
