carrier frequency is 432/2 = 216 Hz.
it's a special frequency, some of you know why.

2 Hz encoded binaural has some special, positive properties, but i want to hear your feedback before i disclose those.

Not sure what i was supposed to feel, if anything. The scenery was nice but the constant panning and zooming I found distracting. I'm left wondering what the intention of listening to the frequency was...what was I supposed to feel?

Listened in the middle of the sweet spot of my setup.

Visuals were jerky but caught my attention and as the sound was countering the visual in my brain. I suddenly paused/froze. The audio was calming and occasionally sent chills up my arms. Looking at the video I felt like I was in Avatar. When I stopped and just focused on the audio, I got some ASMR effects...

2 Hz deep delta corresponds to deep meditation state.
That said, I think I that:

- longer, like 20 minutes, is better, and I will be making a longer one in the future, but most people don’t have time for that, hence this shorter version to ‘try it out’

- lower carrier frequency is more obvious/powerful, but few people have good headphones so this one is encoded at a higher frequency so everyone can at least hear it.

Zooms/pans distracting, haha.
My craft is video, but sometimes I think people would be happier with a static, still image. Oh well.

Footage was filmed by me last week on a high mountain, I was looking for the abandoned Silverking mine but thought this alpine meadow was breathtaking.

I constructed this binaural beat frequency using Logic Pro.

The accompanying ambiance sound is an evening forest track that I messed with a bit, especially in the last minute or so.

Ever hear that your chakras all vibrate at particular frequency.

2 Hz corresponds to ‘dreamless sleep’ where your body does the most healing/repair work at night, assuming you get there since a lot of people seem to have sleep issues these days.

But you can get there, and stay there, for 4:16 in this case.

Also, deep meditation gets you here, but it can take many years to develop that level of meditative discipline.. or you can jump there right now.

There’s more, but that’s a good start.

Caution is good, runaway fear holds you back.

This is two notes separated (out of tune) by 2hz. It’s easy to set up: set one note at 400hz in the right channel and the other at 402hz in the left channel. They will interfere at 402hz-400hz=2hz. This can be done with any two frequencies separated by 2hz, 1000hz and 1002hz will have the same 2hz beat. If you have good woofers and a kick ass amp try 35 and 37 hz for an astonishing effect.

You can set this up with Audacity or other sound editing software. I recommend Audacity because its free and actually pretty good. Pipe organs use this effect to synthesize very low notes where 64’ and 32’ stops aren’t practical.

When I do want to experiment at being closer to the Earth or nature, I'll listen to different random bell sounds until I get the "vibe". Music that almost brings tears to my eyes does the same thing. Could be opera, country, rap or metal - the singer just owns the song and believes in it's message to the point it manipulates reality. I have 1 old song in particular that takes me there every time - if you're interested, listen until the very end. I'll post the lyrics so you know it's not negative in advance- Peace

i used to create these myself embedded into pink noise and specific low frequency carrier tone sine waves.
delta is a very very low state of consciousness although it can go lower than 2hz... Yea these are good for achieving a very hypnogogic state where you lose feeling of the body and can become one with the universe,, IF you can stay awake, because the temptation to fall to sleep will be very strong. The meditation is best done with eyes open.

Warning this stuff is not to be played whilst you are working or doing daily activities or operating machinery... its for achieving a very hypnotic state of trance like a zen monk. So yea you dont just listen to it whilst surfing the internet.
And if you do reach that state dont expect to be able to suddenly move and get up if you have to stop, you have to bring yourself out of it gradually like a hypnotist would.
