I just did - first of all, MANY thanks!

I went through a large scale of feelings and emotions, it seemed to flip roughly every 3 minutes. Like first it was this relaxing sensation (I really needed that), then started feeling like pressure building up, then started to feel sleepy, then started to feel very happy inside, then calmed down, then very cheerful (like ha-ha cheerful), now at the end, I feel very good, calm and relaxed, my clogged nose also opened up.

One very weird sensation; I started to feel a bit of pain on the left side at the back of my head - then the pain moved down still on the left side to the back of my neck, and finally landed on the backside of my left shoulder. Then it disappeared. Afterwords it feels like a bloodclot would have been pushed down, away from my brain, and finally out.

I really don't know, but this thing could have health benefits, like it's really re-harmonizing my body. Feels great!

And just a small note on the visuals, I'd recommend to get rid of the blue thingies, they look a bit too artificial, and with that having a small negative impact on the nature-experience. But overall no biggie, I think the video is not even necessary for the function of the sound, thought it might help in getting to the right mood.
