Maybe rock as in rocket as in warhead. That would limit the geographical area affected which the LA Palma tsunami would not meet such a small geographic area.

The condition codes are 1-9, with 9 being the most uncertain orbit.

There's also an orbital viewer that you can step through, and close approach data.

But my main guess would be a meteor.

Both Biden and Boris mentioned the word meteor in describing the economy.

That would indicate a meteor hitting the Atlantic (between Delaware and UK since those were the two leaders using that word), which may cause a tsunami.
