Bodybuilders are some of the most unhealthy people in the world. They take steroids, supplements, eat insane amounts of food or nothing at all. And the worst thing they do is take massive amounts of diuretics before competitions which is deadly in both the short term and long term

It's going to be a long, dark winter.

All competitive bodybuilders have to be vaccinated in IFBB sanctioned competition or test negative and that includes the Olympia. I know a guy who's been competeing for years and he dropped out over it this year because he refused to do either.

As for those saying these guys are unhealthy, they have no idea what they're talking about. I've met hundreds over the years attending my friends competitions and going to the gym with him, his wife competes to and I've been to hers. I've watched some of these guys spend more then an hour straight on treadmill, hop off and spend hours lifting. They have doctors on staff at every competition, have to have a complete physical turned in before each and often times they get spot checked with surprise physicals and testing before competitions. My friend literally competes in marathons and triathalons and placed at the Ironman a couple years ago. For this dude, an Olympia competitor with odds on winning to just drop dead, something got him. I don't know if it was the vaccine or not but it sure as fuck seems likely and he isn't the first. There was a famous former competitor who became a trainer who dropped dead earlier this year after being vaccinated.

Agreed. I started using roids 3 years ago. I feel wonderful. The trick is to do it in moderation.

Obese by body mass and the fact that it's muscle doesn't change what all the weight does to ones organs. The steroids and the diuretics are a triple whammy basically, this happens all the time in the bodybuilding world.
