Not law, only bluff. Doesn't mean the bluff can't be damaging to a persons livelihood though. Corporations are being fooled just as much as the people.

FUN fact. Went to subway very recently. Got talking about hours and how they were closing at 4pm due to staff shortages. $14 to start. Kid next to me, their eyes lit up. While that might be change to you and I, for them it's decent money. Lady said if we got one or two more, we would open to 8pm or 10pm.

These companies will see desperation before long, and will pay through the nose before long. Their financials, and their pending bankruptcy, will make sure of it.
