They're strangling Vietnam and the Mekong Delta with similar efforts there and literally more than a dozen other extremely globally strategic places worldwide. It's a very dirty trick and questions should be asked about why so many people are going to so much trouble to keep China's name out of this. Everyone talks about who you're forbidden to say bad things about being the people behind the curtain, and in the modern world the people behind the curtain all speak fucking mandarin.
