The flow of the Euphrates River, is ultimately controlled by Turkey's headwaters and dams.This article is from 2014 and speaks of the possible dangers downstream. Quoting: Reebl The important thing to consider in all this is the way all these sources try to hide China's hand in all of this. It's the dirty secret in so much of this stuff. They're strangling Vietnam and the Mekong Delta with similar efforts there and literally more than a dozen other extremely globally strategic places worldwide. It's a very dirty trick and questions should be asked about why so many people are going to so much trouble to keep China's name out of this. Everyone talks about who you're forbidden to say bad things about being the people behind the curtain, and in the modern world the people behind the curtain all speak fucking mandarin.
