Can anyone give a deeper dive?
Is it actual "global warming" causing the dry up...or is it someone building dams or siphoning the water?
Because one is biblical, and one is purposely made by man. Seems to happening all over the world, and always ends up being the result of Man made Terra forming, by Elites.
