Wheeew....that's alot of info to take onboard! So, sorry to ask some silly questions, but here I go....

....so Im confused as the first sentence says "pop to be culled NOT pop remaining", but the next sentence says " culling FROM 370 mil TO 69 mil". I went to the links but still not sure which statement they are supporting.
Also, I didn't quite get their explanation of where their data comes from.....can you break it down barney style for me?
