Update....husband made it to first layover but is staying on plane....the crew is beyond upset complaining about how messed up this all is. Some do not have rooms for the night and quite a few passengers on the plane are SW staff just trying to get home. They are worried. Let's keep our eyes on the situation. The SW union reps have filed a lawsuit against the mandatory vax.

What else is Florida? the state that hangs down and is spitting distance from one of, in essence, 5 or so Communist countries on Earth. Imagine what the Chinese and Russians got going on there right now?

Shutting down large swaths of airspace is indicative of military operations- Might be a worker 'strike' over mandates (which would be awesome and SHOULD be happening everywhere IMO), but strikes are things that are coordinated and thrive on publicity, the people who put it together would make damn sure it got out there for public viewing. IMO.

One pilot disembarking bis aircraft with the excuse there weren't enough people in the control tower isn't enough. The airline industry has become compulsive liars- How many flights have you been on that were canceled due to 'technical reasons' or the flight crew calling in sick, or, whatev.- when you damn well knew it was for want of empty seats- and the airline's desire to consolidate 2-flights, in order to save $?

im from jax. not all flights are cancelled, understaffed atc yes. due to sick out. not all atc out. flights delayed but most are on sched. definitely being downplayed by the media.

All flights were not cancelled in Florida. It seems that Denver is having a problem, however...

70 flights departing DEN have been cancelled.
88 flights intending to land at DEN have been cancelled.

Just confirmed with my sister who is a flight attendant for Southwest based out of Orlando...She said all her flights were cancelled today.

The big story though is the censorship occuring.
