Yogurt is very healthy when its combined with potatoes and things.

the best and healthy food in the world is greek yogurt with honey and walnuts, but you can add almonds, hazel or what ever you like
but the classical recipe is with walnuts and a lot of honey

No, I am in Houston and the bugs here try to eat me!
Damn wasp stung me on my little finger yesterday. Was trimming the hedges and saw a hole in the ground. Well, all kinds of bugs drill holes in the ground around here, so I thought nothing of it.

Apparently I was standing on top of a yellow jacket nest or some sort of similar looking wasps.

I eat most any food put in front of me.

yes absolutely- and the solution is simple; eat whole organic homeade foods only... remember these people have to eat too, so it's not all defiled

They spray the wheat with some poison to help it dry after harvesting. And of course Wheat has been engineered to increase production.

They spray wheat gluten on the rice to destroy the main alternative to poison wheat. (a way to glue a B vitamin onto the rice with a gluten slurry. "so called Enriched Rice".

Hot dogs are made of garbage that has been drenched in ammonia to kill the pathogens and soaked in Nitrite carcinogens for that added flavor.

They spray a poison on potatoes so they will not grow in cold storage. (Budnip)

Corn makes its own insecticide and tumor genesis poison with its new DNA.

HFCS fake sweetener dials up your autoimmune system. our bodies can only deal with left handed molecules. (levo-rotary), But this stuff is made in a lab, so both left and right handed molecules are produced. The right handed molecules trigger an immune response because IT DOES NOT EXIST IN NATURE.

Most fruit is picked long before it is ripe so it will survive mechanical picking, storage and transportation, then hit with a fake hormone mimicking gas to make it appear to be somewhat edible (peaches, plums, bananas, tomatoes). People eat less of what are supposed to be healthy foods, because who wants to eat a peach or a tomato that is as hard and tasteless as a baseball?

Commercial farms strip the trace nutrients from the soil and hence the food that is supposed to contain nutrients is now empty of them. "Hey, it looks like spinach!"
The old farmers added their wood ashes to the garden, which inadvertently improved the nutritional content of the food. Now we heat with gas, so no more wood ashes.

Chickens used to get enough space, sunlight and exercise that they did not require a steady dosing of drugs to keep them alive. Now they get a steady diet of growth hormones, antibiotics, anti parasitics, etc.

Everyone in the US is deficient in Magnesium and Iodine. (You only need that stuff if you want your heart to continue beating and your brain, thyroid and eyes to be healthy).

People used to cook a lot of stews that included animal bones and cartilage. Long hours of boiling on the stove would release the complex molecules from the animal skeletons, which gave our bodies the stuff to repair joint wear and tear. Now we just get drugs to kill the pain.

The question shouldn't be why are we overweight and suffering from autoimmunity. It should be how the hell are any of us still alive?

Add in the lifetime of constant jabbing with vaccinations that insult the immune system.

yes, pure lamb yogurt, probiotic and a nutrition bomb

you can live only on that

here is pure full nutritional yogurt(in greek market, because you can find better from local producers but not on the market, from free out in the fields lambs with flavors depedend on what they eat (greek nature have one of the richest number of different plants and flowers per square metre)

if you have a way to buy from greece, search for *Stergiou yogurt* (all greece buy his yogurts) in this ceramic packing (the old packing from local producers) 100% pure straight from the lamb

You Could Add to your list:
Hormones given to livestock including progesterone, testosterones and estrogen (zearalenone-- derived from a mold toxin)

Mold toxins (including zearalenone) that grow on grain during storage. Toxic molds also grow unchecked once the soil has been treated with glyphosate

Ractopamine given to cows, pigs and turkeys to increase their lean muscle mass-- basically a diet drug similar to amphetamine

Neurotoxic MSG and other glutamates (hydrolyzed yeast protein) added to get us addicted to the food.

Neurotoxic sweeteners aspartame

Between this and the hormones in our meat, the toxins made by molds, other endocrine disrupters such as GLYPHOSATE, the estrogenic BPAs and the heavy use of estrogenic SOY

Untainted food is also dangerous - all food that is a seed that gives birth to plants - grains, legumes, nuts, seeds are full of lectins that can promote inflammation as well as other problems like autoimmune disease. That’s why there is what people call a AIP Autoimmune diet -

3 factors of disaster

Gender Imbalance (women/birth/freedom of choice)
Population Density
Resource Depletion

All three in play, especially resource depletion, food, that is actually food.

Loophole, they can plant organic in soil that is tainted after a certain period. So poison is less depending on the conditions.

Even homegrown stuff is GMO unless you get heirloom.

And water is a factor too. Tainted water on crops isn't ok.

You forgot to mention:

The depleted ammonia-soaked soil runs off into the streams and rivers and deltas, poisoning animals in its path -- animals which we then catch and eat. (and as a side note, we are basically strip mining what little fertile soil we have left and washing it down the river.)

Fish from the Pacific is likely exposed to radioactive material and probably contains radioactive particles -- these fish we catch and eat.

PLASTICS are in EVERYTHING. They mimic hormones, or they are just carcinogenic. They even find them in babies.

Here is the problem:

Whether aliens or psychopathic or just stupid greedy humans - we are being herded and intentionally weakened / handicapped by them.

Example: if you are going to plant a tree, why not plant something that grows food? Instead we have an abundance of trees that do not bear fruit nor food. It makes us more dependent.

I think the biggest issue is holding capacity one area can sustain when food shipments break down.

Cities with high populations relative to land area will be the first to take the hit and most deaths.

I think Walking Dead is coming soon...people will be eating their neighbors to stay alive..its happened all throughout history. Maybe these programs were put in place to desensitize us and drop some thoughts for later...when necessary.

The just in time system we have in pace mixed in with the lack of sourcing local food for stores has caused the farms to be pushed out of high value areas and everything away from populations to rural.

The biggest threat to our food supply is our lack of ability to produce or sustain our own needs in any capacity, from the lack of space to grow or raise animals to the ability to do so even if one had 100 acres...

Ive been growing everything from veggies, to fruit trees and grafting and trying many different methods over the past 20 years and have really been able to become a good gardener. I dont see how anyone is going to learn in a year when the shit really hits the fan.

Better have some seeds and chickens!

There were a couple huge pear trees next door where I grew up.
When those pears fell and got mushy, they would attract huge numbers of yellow jackets. As long as you were committed to collecting the pears as they ripened, it was a good tree. But ignore it and the whole yard becomes yellow jacket central.

Had a huge cherry tree at another place. Basically it was a huge bird feeder.

I have a huge pecan tree in my backyard now. Nothing but squirrels. I call it a squirrel tree, because if you need food, shoot a couple squirrels. :) Forget getting a pecan off it.

Supposedly you can make a flour out of acorns, but they must be soaked a couple times first to remove the toxic tannin levels.

Had good experiences with apple trees though. Tart green little apples are awesome.

And I even though they are messy, Elderberry trees can give you an amazing syrup that will help you fight viruses.
