6.5M Quake Chignig, Alaska JUST NOW

I almost never open GLP this early, however, quite oddly enough, this quake was reported on my local news this morning during the weather report, that definitely spurred my interest. Never happens, quakes in AK all the time, why report this one as if it was newsworthy?

I don't see anything significant, am I wrong?

Given all that's popped off recently I'm watching Earth events closer than before. Imo anything over 6 is news worthy.

I don't at all disagree, especially here. I just found it very odd to hear on my local news, and it was reported with some zest as if it was something to watch. Been watching them for years, the only quakes normally reported are the REALLY big ones with mass casualties. Just odd, yeah, sketchy.
