Quoting: Anonymous Coward 76605456 I often make way too much soup and end up chucking some of it a week later. Save some to make soup, add to other recipes, etc. Great idea. I have lots. Does it freeze well? Jack Eye Xhekaj |

Does it freeze well? Never froze it, but I saw how some people freeze it in ice cube trays, store it in baggies in the freezer, and add a cube or two to recipes. |

Add couple of bat leaves, pepper, only salt at the end to taste, I’ve over salted and ruined it before. Add potato chunks, radish chunks, mushrooms Then once veggies cooked, I add a can of diced tomatoes and pasta. Pasta has to be stirred often or it bonds to the bottom of the pot. I add a bit of oregano as well. Before serving taste for salt, maybe add a splash of vinegar or even ketchup to taste. The pasta will swell up and soak up most of your broth. |

Add turkey and top with toasted left over stuffing mix or simmered dumplings. Turkey dumplings in just the stock with nothing but salt and pepper is yum yum. Or you can add a lot of other veggies too and make turkey stew. |
