Our apartment complex began accepting housing/sec.8 for a short time several years ago. They nipped that shit in the bud REAL quick. It took exactly one week for the "ghetto fabulous" to kick in and the people who were here before weren't having it! Within a few months all of them were evicted for breaking terms of their leases (we have on site management) and housing/sec.8 was no longer accepted.
