I just threw a monkey wrench into the Human Resources Dept - this will quickly go up the chain
Hi XXXXXX:

Just a few follow up questions:

1. If I do not get vaccinated by October 15th, when would be my last day?
2. What date would my health insurance be cut off?
3. Is PTO paid out under these circumstances?
4. Will I have an opportunity for an exit interview?
5. Can XXXXXX legally mandate an EUA vaccine? If I am injured from an EUA vaccine, is XXXXXX liable?
6. The approved COMIRNATY vaccine is not available in the USA, the only Pfizer vaccine available to me is BioNTech. While I understand that these vaccines are “interchangeble”, they are certainly not interchangeable for liability as FDA labels them “legally distinct”.

“In the August 23, 2021 revision, FDA clarified that, subsequent to the FDA approval of COMIRNATY (COVID-
19 Vaccine, mRNA) for the prevention of COVID-19 for individuals 16 years of age and older, this EUA would

"I made it clear through my lawyer I would begin to demand the status of all other employee's health condition in regards to other forms of communicable diseases. We would be demanding information on employees with AIDS, hepatitis, tuberculosis, flu, STD, measles, mumps, and so on. My lawyer had the paper already drawn up so I could serve him (the employer) the first day he tried it, and part of the suit would be to force the company to immediately section off employees who had any Illness they could spread including the common cold. If they were going to take responsibility in stopping the spread of COVID-19 in the building, they were now liable for the spread of anything else.
Within 24 hrs we were all informed that they would no longer demand to see our papers."

You should add...

If I take the vaccine you require and it causes COVID in others from shedding, etc. who are not employed here, is the procuring cause of "their" COVID this company?

If I take the vaccine you require, what is my exposure to liability and yours as the company who essentially coerced me to take it

Is the individual at this company, whoever that might be, demanding I take the vaccine covered under a management and professional liability insurance policy, and an excess coverage policy or are they liable personally without employer coverage?
