Another good thing everyone can try is -

4-5 drops in each nostril of 1% Povidone Iodine solution. 2-3 times daily.

You can also gargle with it 2x daily.

This was added recently by the FLCCC.

Most Povidone /Betadine iodine is 10% so be sure to dilute it.
