Just take a look at pages 42-43, Sections 51 and 52 of the pdf of the Patent. This stuff really jumped out to me.

Constant tracking using any and all digital means, the ability of third parties (individuals) to report (essentially snitch) on others, the government mandating people submit to the tracking and scoring.
