A friend gave me some when she heard I wasn't feeling well. Started taking it on a Sat. nite, and was finally at least comfortable by Mon am. I sleep on my back.. but it does get old when you're propped up on three pillows to try to keep your sinuses clear enough to sleep. =-( It also tends to help me to sleep with a heating pad under the back of my neck to help break up the mucous...
