I don’t get the fascination with this guy, he is annoying.

I'm not sure a total landslide failure will occur. However, the possibility of a Krakatoa-like event should the ocean water breach the magma chambers may be a consideration.

The water to steam expansion ratio is around 1700:1

If 1 cubic KM of ocean water were to breach a magma chamber, the resulting expansion would have the potential to expand 1500 to 1700x the 1KM volume. Something like that could literally erase 1/2 that island off the map.

It would be a once in a century type of eruption.

go watch CNN or any MSM and you won't hear shit about La Palma but, hes the only one reporting that we can hear truth from.

He's more of a journalist than those asshats on TV.

People like the Bear because he's just about the only person telling the world in plain English what is happening there up close and personal.
The guy also has alot of videos of camping in the woods without saying a word which is refreshing not having to hear the yap yap yap of know it alls like on the Discovery or Learning channel or various survival videos.
I don't believe this guy is anymore Spanish than my left foot though. I think he may be Austrian or German as his pronouncing of some words leans that way and at times he does sound like Vlad the Impaler, Count Dracula, so he may even be Transylvanian for all I know.

He seems a good guy though. Then again, he could be an international serial killer trying to redeem himself.

But the original inhabitants of those Canarias were brutally removed and so once again the true history of the Spanish conquerors is exposed.
