The front line is gonna be fucked for the next few years. We are replacing people with 20-30 years of experience for newly graduated people. The airline industry is gonna be fucked if the reports out of the military is true that they are grounding all their pilots due to the vaccine.

Pilots can’t fly in the military due to health, a lot of them are quitting as well, now experienced pilots are quitting in droves.

Who tf is gonna be flying these planes?
