They will not “fire” any employees. Just like United they will put all of the unvaccinated religious and medically exempt employees on indefinite unpaid leave then tell the public they have 97% vaccinated…while leaving the 30-40% of employees who didn’t out. Doesn’t matter that these employees worked on the frontline Of the pandemic, got covid and gave it to their families…but decided to make a choice so now they will be denied the ability to work. No Mandates at all. No requirement of Religious exemption either. I wish this would all just stop. However they are all paid for. If we don’t have a mass awakening and mass objection…we will not win. AA employees are trying and doing what southwest did. AA and their unions are still not giving their employees any reprieve. All they said is you will be terminated if you don’t get vaccinated. Unions are bought and paid for.
