This looks more like a blockade.

The country is under emergency order and supplies are critical yet the powers that be are not moving to heal the supply chain. This should be an immediate priority.

I'm surrounded by people who accept every new insult as normal and necessary, in fact they've taken it on themselves to create and follow rules that weren't even imposed by the government. It has caused me to quit two jobs and my next step is relocation, sometime between now and next summer, and I hope I didn't leave it too long.
