I am writing a new thread - this GOT WORSE!!! It is limiting INBOUND transfers as well...so max in or out to a person $1,000.000 max in or out to a business is $5,000.00...SO EVEN IF YOU DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK...IF YOU TRY TO DO BUSINESS WITH SOMEBODY WHO DOES...YOU ARE SCREWED!!!

What about credit unions? My understanding is they operate under a different set of regs than banks in the federal reserve system (commercial banks).
