We bought an entire farm for less then the cost of one years rent in the San Francisco bay area.. Our taxes on this farm~? $121.00 per year.. My sisters taxes in Chicago for a regular ole nothing special house? $14,500 per year.. just taxes.. Oh wait a minute.. You all would hate Louisiana.. What ever you do, Don't move to Louisiana~!
