I moved to Mexico in 2006. Best decision ever. Property tax for my 11 bedroom home is 50 bucks a year.
My wife fell and skinned her leg. We thought we could treat it at home. Necrosis developed. WE rushed to the emergency room here. Wheelchair, bandage, small surgery, ointment etc....I was thinking it would be a thousand bucks.
It was 50 for it. 50 dollars for that treatment in a good hospital.
The only thing I miss in USA are Olive Garden, American comic books and toys.
