AZ for me.

Most of them don't last more than 2 summers anyway. The key is in not living in one of the Big Cities. Country folk are great. Absolutely stay out of the cities is the issue pretty much anywhere. I think you are right 2 years and they will run. I just hope next summer is even hotter.
