Good but what are the only potential outcomes from this.

1) It is a political stunt and the gov's prosecutor eventually backs off of the fines on friday issue page X-99 6 months from now.

2) It eventually goes to federal court and loses and the county wins.

3) It stands legal tests and the state collects and the property owners of that county get their property taxes jacked up $3.5 million to cover the costs.


In principal it is good but in the end it is the people who always get screwed over no matter what.
