Is this even legal?  It's a scam! I don't think it is against the law. Them saying you will be put in a drawing for a football and then you don't win. Are you going to sue? As posted above, this is a private lottery. You have to send money for a chance to win. That is unlicensed gambling and a violation of Federal law. If you could enter for free, no problem...that's legal. But as the spam says, you have to send them money for a chance got win. How can they get away with this? I have no idea. I guess the Family is above the law, which is for little people running numbers rackets. On the website below which explains the rules there is a link to enter for free.
