Is this even legal?  It's a scam! I don't think it is against the law. Them saying you will be put in a drawing for a football and then you don't win. Are you going to sue? As posted above, this is a private lottery. You have to send money for a chance to win. That is unlicensed gambling and a violation of Federal law. If you could enter for free, no problem...that's legal. But as the spam says, you have to send them money for a chance got win. How can they get away with this? I have no idea. I guess the Family is above the law, which is for little people running numbers rackets. On the website below which explains the rules there is a link to enter for free. So maybe not illegal but deceptive and scummy. [ link to www.donaldjtrump.com (secure)] You're right...in the fine print it says: NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION, OR TEXT MESSAGE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION.So that makes it legal, but it's still a deceptive and scummy scam to make money off of his supporters. Junior even uses his name and photo on it.
