Is this even legal?  Publishers clearinghouse does it every day  If i'd been a winner every time they told me I a I'd be a fucking billionaire by now. They have a drawing every year and don't ask you to send them money. But if you want to liken Trump to Publishers Clearinghouse junk mail, whatever. I think it's wire fraud or mail fraud. But lying is not illegal in this country. Not at all. In fact lies are the grease of capitalism.
