I'm not going to see any increase, because heat is included in my rent. But what I have seen is : no heat. The building furnace hasn't been on once so far this winter and it's fucking freezing in here. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 80992074 Oh yes you will see this increase,,eventually. Unless your lease says NO increase for life you will see an increase when you renew.... your landlord will absorb that cost long enough to pass it onto his tennants.
