This is a garbage dump near Paris, France
with hundreds of electrically powered cars.
Mind you, these are only cars used by the city of Paris
and not personal vehicles.
They all have the same problem,....
the battery storage cells have gone and need to be replaced.
Why don't you just replace them?
Two reasons..
Firstly, the batteries cost almost double what the car costs new,
Secondly, no landfill or waste processor will allow the batteries to be disposed of there.
So these green electric fairy tale cars
are all on set-aside grounds while their batteries drain toxic substances to the ground.
Still think we should turn green????

Nearly all the "green" energy bullshit is like this they just don't want people to look behind the curtain and see that something like solar panels are not really "green". Once you actually factor in their manufacturing and end of life pollution they are far worse then many of the carbon producing methods of creating power are.

Electric cars are even a bigger joke even when compared to the gimped mpg of modern gas cars aka the fact that most modern cars can hardly break 40 mpg. Meanwhile their were several gas cars about the size of these mini electric cars that were getting over 50 mpg back in the 80's/90's.
