Smith & Wesson M&P 15 sport (1st version) $500 the stock telescopes and in time you can fix your upper as your $ amount allows. (note there is no forward assist or dust cover on these) if you get a sport 2 you get those features. Despite the price all you want is to pull the trigger and have the round hit the target. No need for a Daniels Defense.
