I second the Palmetto State Armory suggestion.
People like to drag on them but I recently purchased an
AR-10 full rifle and an AR-15 16" kit that I built using a PSA stripped lower. It was very easy to do with a little YouTube instruction.

Both rifles function great for what I want them for. I'm not really a huge gun guy I just want decent arms and they do the job at a great price.

It's in there mission, to arm the citizens at a reasonable price and in my opinion they are doing a great job at it.
