Hmm. Hadn’t thought about a pistol. The longer the barrel the more velocity/accuracy? So a 10” barrel is better than an 8”? If you go with a .223/55.6. I'd say stick with a 16" barrel. If you go with a 300 blackout go with a 9" up to 10.5" the 55.6 looses too much feet per second. For my liking. As far as accuracy, how far do you plan to shoot and with what sights? It probably doesn't matter if it's 100 yards or less.
