I saw the same thing while walking in my backyard last week. Was 2pm in the afternoon and saw what looked like the Moon right next to the Sun.

I was thinking an eclipse was about to happen, went to get my phone to take a picture, but then some clouds had come over it all by the time I got outside.

Then I checked my star map app and the moon wasn't even supposed to rise for another 4 hours and was literally on the other side of the planet.

Not the first time I've seen it, I usually check the sky a few times a day trying to catch it.

Noticed it for the first time several months ago during a Sunset it looked like there was 2 suns.

That's probably why they have been chemtrailing and cloud seeding the skies like mad lately. Especially in the path of the Sun.

It appears it coming our way and using the Sun to mask its arrival, usually always appears to be pretty close to the Sun.
