Is it a lifestyle... or a breakable habit?
asking for a friend who’s in a situation.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 73970416 For most it's an unconscious addiction.
Like I said we all do it to differing degrees, but some know what they are doing and it's intentional.
Example of unconscious.
Husband comes home from work , boss has been at his cup all day.
Husband attacks sons cup about getting work, cleaning his room, mowing the lawn and not bringing his gooff ball friends over all the time.
Husband through intence focus and attack, refilled some of his cup through draining sons.
Son feels low begins to tease little sister , until she get's low and comes to mum crying poor me.
Wife is low , nags husband about fixing the washing machine, the fact her mother-in-law is coming over on the weekend and that she thinks they need a second car.
See the cycle.
Now most conversations aren't intence but there are those that are unconsciously stealing energy.
