Let's Talk Energy Vampires.

Energy vampires are easy to recognize. They are usually narcissists and takers not givers. They love talking about themselves, could care less about others and are often very loud people.
When you spend any amount of time around them, you are drained, possibly have a splitting headache and zero energy left.
For some reason, energy vamps have gravitated to me my entire life.

I have had to learn ways of removing myself from situations and simply removing vamps from my life. It has actually been very fulfilling and uplifting. My life changed for good after I removed the negative people out of my life... I am extremely sensitive and emotional, I can feel other people's feelings and emotions even when they are thousands of miles away. some energies are so nasty that I get nauseous and I end up throwing up… I don’t like interacting with energy vampires… they make me sick. Yes! They are extremely toxic and try so hard to push themselves and their needs off on others. They are nasty people for sure.
