Apparently when older they need to wear nappies as they have no proper bowel control.
It was designed as a one way street so its ruining the muscles and in time they have just a gaping loose hole (sorry to be so rude but that is the only way to explain) ... and that just well you know .. nappy is needed.

I read this years ago on some medical (legit)study.
Seems odd non of this is ever mentioned when they are trying to encourage children to turn bi/gay/mentally ill during all the agenda to ensure no chance to win the war further along.

What a obvious set up so many are too dense to see.
