The order doesn't even mention contractors.

And......if you look at 5 USC 2105(c), it also does not mention contractors. Lawyers are liars, and laws are lies. Yes and yes. Still I saw a thing about it today emailed out. They are just doing blatantly illegal things now. Political Incumbents = Career Criminals. There is no denying it or hiding it now. It is bare naked before everyone. The emperor has no clothes, but there is no actual emperor. Just a shriveled old dude literally behind a curtain faking it with scary projections. "You're so money and don't even know it."
