Ports running 24 hour operations.

Brilliant, EXCEPT truckers capped at "x" number of hours per day driving AND 20,000 new truck drivers aren't appearing out of thin air. Also, where are the employees coming from to work the additional shifts at the port ???? Magic? Robots?
