I never really saw any point in worshiping, but then I knew God as others did not, and I knew what he expected of me - obedience to the law.

People call on God when they are in trouble.

I got to calling on God when I was enjoying myself, to share a walk in the woods, or the like.

When there was trouble, I dealt with it myself.

God knows there's trouble here.

Why bother him with it all the time?

Anyway, I don't begrudge people their worship.

I just wish they would obey the law and enforce it.

So more people could have the kind of peace that God loves to share.
