Here in CFL for a solid brick built house your talking 300k before any addons. A year ago the same house was 250k.

New corps coming in, folks relocating here, housing supply shortage, costs of new construction rising, etc. I think we’ll be one of the last areas affected in a downturn/price drop, but I’m not comfortable enough w it to sell high & buy high.
